London's newest gypsy swing band features Ant and Brett on guitar, Marina on the fiddle and Andy on double bass. The Croissants played together for the first time in 2009, at a charity fundraiser, and have continued to wow crowds ever since, with their lively homage to Django Reinhardt, Belgium's greatest cultural icon after Tintin. The band's name is a touching tribute to Django's band, the Quintet of the Hot Club of France, from which croissants are said to originate.
